Welcome to  Manfield Crafts

Manfield Crafts prides itself on stocking the finest wools available at an affordable price. Many of our yarns, needles and products are at the top of their range, offering knitters and crocheters the best tools for their projects.

Both the main shop and its online sister are run by the owner, Emma Richardson.  As a textiles graduate, knitting has been a passion – almost an obsession – for many years. It was with the intent to share that love for all things knitting that Manfield Crafts was born.

Since then, the shop has welcomed many through its doors, most notably for its knitting groups, workshops and tutorials, or for its social events, such as the Yarn & Needles Tasting evenings. But, above all, Manfield Crafts has retained the singular drive and dedication of its owner, her love of knitting and crochet, and her desire to pass on her knowledge and skills, thus creating a wonderful, enveloping sense of community.

It is because of this sense of community that we now present this blog to the members of our knitting groups and our customers.

Many of its yarns, needles and products are at the top of their range, such as Rowan, Rico Design, Debbie Bliss, Fyberspates, KnitPro and Brittany, offering customers the best tools for their craft projects. In addition, Manfield Crafts shares its professional expertise through  regular workshops and tutorials on every aspect of knitting and crochet, from fundamental skills to advanced techniques.

All this and more is provided with a welcoming, enveloping sense of community, alongside craft related social events and weekly knitting groups.
